At ELLIATT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the completed return form and original invoice inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
